EXCLUSIVE: The Block’s Courtney and Grant Share Exciting Family News

This year’s season The block could have been finishedbut things are just getting started for Courtney and Grant.

The married couple, who worked tirelessly on House 2, tell New idea that they are sad that it is all over – but that they look forward to whatever the future has in store for them.

“We want to start a family!” » Confirms Courtney, with a knowing smile.

“It was planned before The blockbut we put it on hold. So we would like to continue to do that.

Courtney, 32, says the popular renovation show is the hardest thing she’s ever done, but also “the most rewarding experience”.

“We had a vision from the start,” adds Grant, 30. “I have no regrets for what we did – I would do it all again tomorrow if I could.

“From day one, we insisted that we would always be ourselves – the good, the bad and the ugly. »

The couple’s four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has consistently received good feedback from all three judges. Given their performance, Courtney and Grant admit they would happily return for an All-Stars season. In fact, they’ve already asked production to bring them back!

“Send me the contract!” » Grant said with a laugh.

Fools say they would be too open to doing other reality shows, like The incredible race And Australian survivor.

“But not A farmer wants a wife or something like that,” jokes Grant.

The happy couple, from Western Sydney, loved meeting their fans everywhere, and say they will “almost miss watching themselves on TV”.

“There were a lot of people… like everywhere you go, everyone wants a photo! Everyone wants to know The block. It’s really nice to have so much positivity – it’s been a really great experience,” shares Courtney.

Since filming wrapped, the couple has focused on their furniture business, The Lazy Stylist. They even used a few rooms in their Phillip Island home, and Courtney says the exposure from the show has been helpful for business.

“I am so grateful for The block and the visibility it gave me,” she shares. “It was a real ‘pinch me’ moment!”
