It’s the holiday season for binge-watching movies, and what better way to get into a comedic and festive mood than by watching Will Ferrell’s a flagship Christmas classic, “Elf”.

Here’s how and when you can binge the Christmas classic starring James Caan, Ferrell and Bob Newhart.

When does “Elf” appear?

According to Warner Brothers Televisionyou’ll have several opportunities to watch “Elf” as Christmas approaches.

‘Elf’ on TBS:

  • 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Sunday, November 17

  • 10 p.m. Friday November 22

  • 8 p.m. Saturday, November 23 (dinner and movie special)

TBS will also air a 24-hour “Elf” marathon starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, November 29.

‘Elf’ on TNT:

  • 5:30 p.m. Monday November 11

  • 9:30 p.m. Sunday November 24

  • 8 p.m. Monday November 25

  • 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday November 28.

What is “Elf” about?

In “Elf“, released in 2003, Will Ferrell depicts Buddy, a human raised by Santa’s elves at the North Pole, who discovers that he is not a real elf.

After which, Buddy goes to New York to find his biological father, Walter Hobbs (played by James Caan), who is on Santa’s naughty list and unaware of Buddy’s existence.

“Elf” depicts Buddy navigating New York with childlike whimsy, Buddy making friends and sparking holiday spirit.
