Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has reached a level of cultural omnipresence where everyone wants to know everything about him, even things that no one but him and his urologist should know. A little over seven months later The wrap reportedamong other allegations that one of the most famous actors in Hollywood history was on set peeing in bottles, he’s letting the truth flow.

It was initially reported that Johnson would have his crew throw away Voss bottles full of his urine on film sets, particularly his upcoming action/comedy film. Red. During a revelation GQ interview At his isolated Virginia estate, Johnson admitted that the rumors were true: in fact, he regularly urinated into bottles on the set of films. “I pee in a bottle,” he said. “Yeah. It happens. Nothing more, nothing less.

The anonymous source who leaked information about Johnson’s peeing tendencies explained that the 52-year-old megastar did it in order to save time on set. But the fact that a production assistant or a member of his crew got rid of it might have rubbed the cast and crew the wrong way. Since Johnson was somewhat curt in his admission, we could use an opinion piece from one of the people who actually handled his urine container titled “Between the Rock and His Peeing Place” to get to the bottom of things. Or, we could treat it as overly informative news.

Johnson and his Red co-star Chris Evans clarified a more damning allegation that Johnson arrived eight hours late, potentially contributing to the film’s $250 million production budget. Although Johnson admits he is late, he calls the eight-hour delay a “lot of bananas” which is inaccurate. Evans tried to obscure the truth a bit by saying that Johnson’s delay was predictable enough that they could factor it into the production schedule, before saying that he wouldn’t even call what Johnson did a delay . It seems like Johnson is so irreplaceable in a movie that he’s allowed to live on thanks to Nas’ famous lyrics from his song “Can’t Forget About You”: “Never on time, always on time.”

Honestly, when a man has grossed over $12 billion at the box office, a little pee and a later start to the work day shouldn’t be a problem.
