How to get Nettle in Enshrouded

If you want to adopt a cat Envelopeyou’re going to need Stinging nettle– and in large quantities. Seems simple enough, right? Fake. This elusive plant is hard to find in the survival game, but if you know where to look, it’s easy to grow.

Best Place to Grow Stinging Nettle

Stinging nettle appears as a thorny shrub and can be found in the Revel Wood And DIadwyn the forests. These areas are further north of the starting area and are full of high level enemies. So if you are I have just started your journeyyou will first need to upgrade your character and craft better armor before braving the wooded areas where the plant is located.

The best place I found to grow stinging nettle Envelope was just southeast of the Revelwood Ancient Spire location, as shown on the map below. To use your glider From here, head southeast towards the Elixir Well. It didn’t take long before I found a large quantity of this plant spawning on a cliff overlooking an area filled with the Shroud. Just be careful; There are tons of wild boars in this area, and they can do a lot of damage if you don’t have proper armor or weapons.

I recommend adjusting your foliage settings to make your hunt easier. Other smaller decorative shrubs may resemble nettles, making it more difficult to find the plant you’re actually looking for. Turning off the Small Foliage option can prevent this from happening by clearing your screen. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Settings menu
  2. Head towards the Display tab
  3. Scroll down to find “Small foliage”
  4. Switch this setting to “Disabled”

For what recipes is nettle used

Nettle can be eaten to increase your Spirit, or it can be used to create recipes to tame cats. These elements can be created by two of the Envelopethere are many survivors. Talk to Emily Fray, the farmer, or her assistant, Fenrig Mills, and you will see two items that require the plant: cat food and cat food bait.

If you haven’t unlocked Emily yet, head to the Ancient Vault – Farmer, which is located north of the Ancient Spire of Springlands, and enter the location to find her resting in a giant vase, a little like how you found the blacksmith. Once you have added her to your base using the Summoning Staff, talk to her to unlock the quest which will lead you to Fenrig, her assistant. You only need one or the other to make cat food bait, but if you have more than one base you’ll want to unlock both. Only one NPC can be assigned to a base at a time, but having both a craftsman and his assistant allows you to stock two of your bases with farmers.

Once you have summoned Fenrig or Emily to your base and collected your ingredients, you can make cat food and adopt your own feline friend.
