The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has launched the online registration process for the CA Foundation and Intermediate exams which are scheduled to be held in January 2025. Candidates can apply for the respective exams by visiting the official website of the ICAI at icai.org.

As per the schedule, the deadline to submit the ICAI CA Foundation and Intermediate January 2025 exam is November 23 this year. Candidates should keep in mind that they can apply online for the exam with a late fee of Rs 600 before November 26, 2024. Once the registration process is completed, the application correction window will open. will open from November 27 to 29, 2024.

ICAI CA Foundation and Intermediate January 2025: eligibility criteria

CA Foundation: The candidate must be enrolled in the Foundation course no later than September 1, 2024. On the day of the exam, the candidate’s status changes from CPT to Foundation. The candidate must have taken or passed class 12 in an accredited school. They need to provide their class 12 marksheet or SSP admit card.

Intermediate CA: To take the January 2025 CA Intermediate exam, candidates must have completed an 8-month course of study by January 1, 2025, which means they must have registered by the May 1, 2024 deadline.

ICAI CA Foundation and Intermediate January 2025: Steps to register

Step 1: Go to the official ICAI website at icai.org.

Step 2: Find and click on the direct URL provided on the homepage.

Step 3: First of all, complete the registration process. Then log in to the portal again.

Step 4: Complete the form as requested and upload all necessary documents.

Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the form as directed.

ICAI CA Foundation and Intermediate Exam Schedule January 2025

As per the official schedule, the CA Intermediate 2025 exams are scheduled to begin with Group I papers on January 11, 13 and 15, 2025. This will be followed by Group II papers which will be held on January 17, 19 and 15, 2025. 21, 2025. Meanwhile, CA Foundation exams are scheduled to be held on January 12, 14, 16 and 18 2025. This is a descriptive and objective type exam of 400 points comprising four tests.
