Honor is set to launch the Magic7 RSR Porsche Design, once again with a design inspired by Porsche cars. And although promotions of these models are often focused on design, now we need to learn a little more about its specifications in advance.

Leakster Digital Chat Station has shared some features of the new phone, saying it will have a massive battery with 100W wired charging and 80W wireless charging.

The new Magic7 RSR will adopt many of the features we’ve already seen in the Magic6 RSR: a 6.8″ OLED with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1280p resolution, but here the panel will be curved on all four sides .

There will be a 50 MP front camera with a 3D ToF face scanner for facial recognition. There will obviously also be a new ultrasonic fingerprint scanner under the screen. The phone will feature IP68/69 protection and the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, matching the Magic 7 Pro.

There are three cameras on the back, but they are aligned in a square to match the design of the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT headlights. We’re looking at a 50 MP primary sensor with a variable aperture lens on the front, a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50 MP ultra-wide camera.

The phone will also support satellite connectivity in China, where it can connect to the Tiantong and Beidou satellites. The hero color of the Honor Magic7 RSR appears to be Provence Purple, which is also available for the 2024 Porsche Macan.
