KUWAIT CITY, Nov 12: A Kuwaiti citizen, wanted in connection with an alcohol smuggling case, briefly evaded authorities after arriving at Kuwait International Airport two days ago. Although his arrival was reported, the individual managed to exit the airport without being arrested or having his passport processed.

This oversight is due to the delay of two Interpol officials responsible for arresting the suspect. After discovering that the fugitive had left the airport unnoticed, detectives immediately launched a search operation. The fugitive was then located and apprehended.

Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef ordered a comprehensive report on the incident, pledging to implement administrative and legal measures to hold negligent parties accountable.
