Ariana Grande is happy for the world to meet her boyfriend Ethan Slater.

By speaking to Entertainment tonight during the stopover in Los Angeles on Wicked During the press tour on Saturday, November 9, the pop star, 31, shared her excitement for fans of the film to have the chance to know her beau, 32.

In a joint interview with his co-star Cynthia ErivoGrande told the outlet that the SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical The former is a complete gentleman and he always helps her out on the red carpet, even holding the trains up to her flowing dresses.

“It’s always like that,” she said. “He’s always adorable, and he’s so amazing in this movie, he’s such an amazing person, I’m so happy that people are getting to know him. My heart is very happy.

The same evening, AND also spoke with Slater about what it was like working with Grande.

“I’m so proud of Ariana,” said the actor, who plays Boq in the upcoming film. “She’s incredible in this movie, and then to be able to share in this celebration, I’m just grateful.”

In a recent interview with GQ Published on October 30, Slater opened up about the couple’s public relationship, admitting that there was “something really difficult about things in your private life being commented on and watched by the public.”

“Some of the difficult parts that you talk about have to do with the personal lives that everyone goes through,” he continued. “And so I’m really focusing on the real people in my life, the people that these things are affecting, and the well-being of each real person and not the people on Twitter who are commenting on this.”

Slater and Grande met in late 2022 when they both began filming Wicked.

At the time, the “yes and?” the singer was married to Dalton Gomezwhile Slater and his then-wife Lily Jay had recently welcomed a baby boy. The actors eventually separated and divorced their spouses, and confirmed their romance in July 2023.

Wicked will be released in two parts, with the first scheduled to hit theaters on November 22 and the second scheduled for November 26, 2025.
