We can see the damage it has caused to this country,” Rizvi said in a free speech. medical eye care camp for low earners and those who lost their sight during the July-August mass uprising in Banani, the capital.

Criticizing Bangladesh’s power deal with India’s Adani Power, Rizvi said, “An Indian company named Adani has signed a power deal with it (Hasina). in Bangladesh. But we have to pay Adani Tk 12 per unit. No country in the world buys electricity at such high prices.

Rizvi continued: “She made a deal with Adani with an ulterior motive: if she ever needed to escape, Adani would finance her. Sheikh Hasina did not enter into any agreement with Adani for the welfare of the people. Why else would Adani make threats? ?”

Further criticizing the ousted prime minister, Rizvi said, “Hasina was not a patriot, her love was for India. It was his only love. Its foreign minister described the India-Bangladesh relationship as one between husband and wife. People knew who loved who.

The BNP leader also criticized the caretaker government for its failure to curb rising commodity prices and break market syndication, as well as promote pro-Awami League health officials.

“We said the Awami League unions still control the market. Have you (the interim government) arrested any of them?

“The prices of onion, sugar, potatoes, soybean oil and flour have still not come down, because these products have to be imported. You have reduced customs duties, but the prices went down? No, because you couldn’t stop (those involved) with syndication),” Rizvi said.

He also alleged that the caretaker government is promoting pro-AL doctors at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

“All democratic parties, students and organizations supported you (the caretaker government), but we see those who have done wrong for a long time still working in the health sector. This is a technical sector, where doctors are supposed to be appointed by appointment.”
