CORBIN, Ky. (WYMT) – After playing on the football field and baseball diamond as a Corbin Redhound, senior Kade Elam signed his letter of intent to play baseball at the next level on Wednesday, Nov. 13 .

Elam signed with Louisville baseball. He also spoke about his family’s support throughout the process.

“Yes, they did everything for me,” Elam said. “You know, from travel ball games to lessons and when I need them, they’re there. So to have them by my side is great.

Elam and the Redhounds host Wayne County in the second round of the KHSAA Class 4A high school football playoffs at home Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
