KUWAIT CITY, Oct 27: The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs said it has received a notification from the Saudi authorities emphasizing the need to comply with all regulations regarding Hajj, particularly the requirement to obtain a permit before undertaking the pilgrimage.

The ministry stressed that Saudi authorities have reaffirmed a fatwa from the Council of Scholars, which states that performing Hajj without a permit is not permitted.

To avoid sanctions and violations, the Ministry of Endowments urged the public to strictly follow all guidelines and instructions related to Hajj.
