WASHINGTON DC (KOLO) – U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen is helping introduce a bill that would block Hamas members and supporters from entering the United States.

She and Tennessee Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn introduced the No Immigration Benefits for Hamas Terrorists Act, which would block anyone who participated in the Oct. 7 attacks on Israel from entering the United States.

The bill would apply to anyone who helped plan, finance or otherwise supported the attacks, and would prevent them from being eligible for immigration benefits.

“No one who participated in the brutal Hamas terrorist attack on October 7 should be allowed into the United States,” said Senator Rosen.. “That’s why I’m helping introduce bipartisan legislation to bar Hamas terrorists from being eligible for immigration benefits. I will always work across the aisle to keep our nation safe.
