Chief Superintendent David Robertson, Edinburgh Divisional Commander, said: “We want the arrests made so far to reassure our communities that we are determined to bring to justice all those responsible for the crimes that took place .

“Similarly, they should provide a very concrete reminder to everyone involved that we are actively pursuing them and that they can expect an imminent visit from us.”

“We still have plenty of excellent CCTV footage and other evidence collected from Halloween and Bonfire Night to go through and we are confident this will help us identify and charge more offenders in time. wanted.

“Members of the public who have video or photographic evidence can still submit it to https://mipp.police.uk/operation/SCOT24S16-PO1.”
