The late founder and musical director of Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Joseph Shabalala, is certainly not resting in eternal peace as his sons fight among themselves for assets.

Nkosinathi Shabalala claims her siblings forged their father’s signature

It wasn’t that long ago that the legendary Ladysmith Black Mambazo founder Joseph Shabalala has diedand his sons are already at odds over the legacy he left behind.

According to ZiMojaNkosinathi Shabalala, the late star’s eldest son, recently accused his brothers of fraud and forgery. Nkosinathi claimed one of the siblings forged their father’s signature a year later. after his death to obtain all his property and inheritance.

Nkosinathi said his brothers kept him away from music group and its legacy since the death of his father.

He said:

“After our father passed away, I made it a priority to find his will. When I showed the executor of the deceased estate the proof of the forged signature, as well as the documents indicating that our father had resigned after his death, they dismissed my concerns.

A source close to the family also revealed that Nkosinathi has always been seen as the black sheep of the family, even though he is the eldest and is always sidelined.

The source said:

“Meanwhile, Nkosinathi is often seen as the black sheep of the family, despite being the eldest and rightful leader since the death of their father.”

The late Pixley Shabangu’s son fights for his father’s house

In a previous report from In brief News, the son of the late Pixely Shabangu, Njabulo Shabangu, fought for his father’s house with his mother and older brother.
