In 2023, Spotify added two new Wrapped features:

Sound city: Users were compared to cities around the world whose residents shared similar listening habits.
Me in 2023: Users were assigned a character created by Spotify that best described their listening history, for example “Shapeshifter” (“you quickly switch between artists”) or “Alchemist” (“you create your own playlists more than others”.

Historically, Spotify releases Wrapped from late November to early December. In 2023, Wrapped was released on November 29, one day before the November 30, 2022 release. In 2021, Wrapped was released on December 1.

When does Spotify stop tracking music for Wrapped?

In October, Spotify denied rumors that the platform only tracked music between January 1 and October 31.

In a social media post, the platform shared a Halloween graphic depicting a candy-filled jack-o’-lantern and a message that read, “Spotify Wrapped doesn’t stop counting down October 31st.”

Spotify hasn’t officially announced when it will stop tracking listener data, but given its Halloween message, tracking continues through November.

How do I find my Spotify Wrapped?

If you’re using the Spotify app on iOS or Android, you’ll be notified when your Wrapped is ready once you open the app. Make sure your Spotify is updated to the latest version.

From then on, the feature will be available on the home screen and users will be able to upload their best songs to their saved playlists. Users can also view their Wrapped via the desktop version.

According to Spotify, “Hot To Go!” de Roan has become a favorite of the 2024 festival and has become one of Spotify’s wildcard picks for its mid-summer update.

In the world of country music, Shaboozey achieved success with “A Bar Song (Tipsy)”, captivating audiences not only in the United States, but also around the world. Shaboozey’s crossover success reached number one on the Spotify charts in the United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Norway and Sweden. The recent “Cowboy Carter” collaborator received a total of five Grammy nominations.

Since its release in April, Carpenter has had “Espresso” sung around the world. The infectious lyrics propelled the song to the top of the charts, spending consecutive days at number 1 on Spotify’s global charts while also charting in countries including Australia, Malaysia, Jordan and Singapore.
