Too early for the 2025 NBA Mock Draft

The 2025 NBA Draft class has officially kicked off its college season, with a host of talented freshmen dominating from the start.

Although the 2025 NBA Draft is almost a year away, it’s never too early to check in on how prospects are doing and get a temporary check on which teams are reportedly down and chasing top picks.

Players like Duke’s Cooper Flagg, BYU’s Egor Demin and Rutgers guard Dylan Harper have become roaring stars. And there were surprises with Texas sharpshooter Tre Johnson, Georgia big Asa Newell and more. More interestingly, there have been a series of NBA teams predicted to make the playoffs that have yet to find their stride in the 2024-25 season, including the 76ers, Bucks, Mavericks and more.

In a recent mock draft video, I simulated the lottery and selected players in reaction to just a few college games. You I can watch the full videoor view the lottery projections below:

14. San Antonio Spurs: Liam McNeeley, UConn
