MOORHEAD — Thanks to generous donations, Minnesota State University, Moorhead, will be able to make an even greater impact on the lives of students in 2024.

The 5th Annual Day of Giving at MSUM ended early on Friday, November 15th.

This is a 24-hour online fundraiser that supports student scholarships and programs. The goal was to raise more than $500,000 from more than 1,000 donors.

MSUM staff say they have exceeded their goals. They raised more than $600,000 and nearly 900 gifts. And they say they’re still counting donations.

Staff say they hope to have the final tally by Monday.
