Week 12 of the 2024 college football season was a mixed bag for The CAC teams Saturday, with two ranked teams taking care of business and another falling to an unranked conference newcomer.

No. 13 SMU and No. 16 Clemson were on the right side of two close games, with the Mustangs beating Boston College 38-28 and the Tigers outlasting Pitt for a 24-20 victory.
