Stockton House in Shifnal was granted approval to become a wedding venue in September 2020 and has been hosting wedding receptions since August 2022.

The Grade II listed Georgian country manor is part of the Apley Estate and, just a year after opening, was named best venue in the West Midlands at the regional Wedding Industry Awards.

But now the owners want to increase the maximum number of guests at each wedding from 100 to 120 and use the building as a hotel when it’s not being used for weddings.
