“As for the use of the above-mentioned weapons, they are already in use. True, the expansion of their use can cause damage, but this will not change the situation on the battlefield,” wrote the speaker of the Russian Duma on his Telegram channel. “This will only exacerbate the fate and future of Ukraine. And will completely ruin Russian-American ties,” he stressed.
