The San Francisco 49ers host the Dallas Cowboys at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The team is without a wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk for the remainder of the season, and wide receiver John Jennings is out for the second straight game due to a hip injury. Defensive tackle Kevin Givens (groin) and kicker Jake Moody (ankle) are also out for Sunday night’s game.

Run back Christian McCaffrey remains out with Achilles tendinitis. Although he has yet to play this season, he is expected to return to practice during the bye week.

Below are the latest in-game injury updates for the 49ers.

RB Jordan Mason (shoulder, questionable)

Jordan Mason broke down in the first quarter and was quickly treated by medical personnel on the field. He then ran without entering the medical tent, choosing to keep his helmet on. Beginner Isaac Guerendo stepped in for Mason.

Mason briefly returned to the game before going out to the locker room in the second quarter. The TV show later reported that he was doubtful he would return due to a shoulder injury. Mason dealt with an AC joint sprain suffered in Week 6 against the Seattle Seahawks.
