• Lost time: Cash App users who submit a claim may be entitled to reimbursement for lost time. They can claim up to three hours at a rate of $25 per hour for time spent troubleshooting issues related to unauthorized users and the data breach.
• Transaction losses: If a user has suffered a monetary loss that has not been reimbursed, they can submit a transaction loss claim.
