Gift in Türkiye to help families in need. Register in advance on the the church website.

Hamden – Thanksgiving Turkey Gift
November 21, 1 p.m. while stocks last
Hamden residents can pick up a Thanksgiving meal basket at the Keefe Community Center with no appointment or registration required. Residents must bring proof of residency in Hamden.

Meriden – YMCA
November 28, 11:30 a.m. while stocks last
Meals can be picked up in front of the YMCA. Call 203-235-6386 before November 25 to help determine the number of people. Home meal delivery is also available for Meriden residents who are homebound. Call 202-235-6386 by November 25 to arrange delivery.

New Haven – YMCA Youth Center
November 20, noon
Jordan’s Furniture Charitable Foundation will donate more than 300 frozen turkeys and local families can pick them up at the center.

New Haven – Christian Community Action Center
November 26, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thanksgiving Basket Gift. Registration required, call 203-777-7848.

New Haven – Kensington Square
November 21, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thanksgiving gift, registration required. This is happening at 1333 Chapel Street in New Haven.
