Loveland Police Department Arrests

Wednesday

• 2:09 p.m. In the 100 block of East Seventh Street, a 40-year-old Loveland man is under investigation for second-degree criminal trespass, criminal mischief and unlawful possession of methamphetamine as well as a warrant for offense.

Friday

• 6:45 a.m. In the 300 block of South Railroad Avenue, a 26-year-old Loveland man has two misdemeanor warrants for his arrest.

• 4:55 p.m. In the 1900 block of Park Drive, a 23-year-old Loveland man for investigation of two counts of sexual assault of a child as statutory rape without force.

SATURDAY

• 2:45 p.m. In the 5500 block of East Eisenhower Boulevard, a 46-year-old Loveland man will be investigated for driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or greater.

Sunday

• 3:47 a.m. In the 2200 block of North Lincoln Avenue, a 27-year-old Fort Collins man is under investigation for failure to notify police of an accident, driving while intoxicated and driving reckless.

• 9:43 a.m. In the 1400 block of West Eisenhower Boulevard, a 53-year-old Loveland man was served with a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant.

• 2:06 p.m. In the 3800 block of Ash Avenue, a 26-year-old Loveland man for investigation of domestic violence and physical harassment.

• 2:54 p.m. At North Lincoln Avenue and East Eisenhower Boulevard, a 28-year-old Loveland man on a misdemeanor warrant.

• 4:37 p.m. In the 1800 block of East 16th Street, a 50-year-old Loveland woman was served with a felony failure to appear warrant.

• 6:41 p.m. At North Colorado Avenue and West Eisenhower Boulevard, 75-year-old Loveland woman on warrant for misdemeanor arrest.

• 8:05 p.m. In the 700 block of North Lincoln Avenue, a 32-year-old Loveland man for investigation of possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of fentanyl and special offender and a misdemeanor warrant.

Monday

• 7:41 a.m. In the 2500 block of North Lincoln Avenue, a 44-year-old Longmont man is under investigation for reckless driving and driving under restraint as well as a misdemeanor warrant.

• 10:02 a.m. At East Third Street and Railroad Avenue, a 23-year-old Loveland man for investigation of obstructing a highway or other passage, obstructing governmental operations, disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal tampering.

• 12:02 p.m. In the 800 block of Southwest 14th Street, a 41-year-old Loveland man was served with a felony failure to appear warrant.
