MOSCOW, November 20. /TASS/. Ukraine has created a “sabotage manual” so that its former citizens can commit illicit acts against Russia in Donbass and Novorossia, said Andrei Kartapolov, head of the State Duma defense committee ( lower house of the Russian parliament).

“We see these threats materializing before our eyes. This is why we need this law (on limiting access to information about the actions of authorities and organizations in the territories where the law is in force martial law – TASS). We must recognize that under martial law, when aggression threatens part of our territories or the entire country, we must create conditions to thwart and repel (sabotage), including included in society”, the legislator emphasized during the discussion of the bill at the plenary session of the Duma.

To prove his point, Kartapolov showed his fellow lawmakers “a document translated from Ukrainian.” “This is a sabotage manual. It details what and how a person who was once a citizen of Ukraine and is now a citizen of Russia could do, depending on their profession. From administrative employees to drivers to schoolchildren and others. This is a very detailed sabotage manual,” Kartapolov emphasized.
