CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 67-year-old woman.

The TBI reported that Patricia Delevega was last seen Nov. 19 in Clarksville, wearing a white T-shirt, gray and black hoodie and blue jeans.

TBI said Delevega suffered from a health condition that could make it difficult for him to return safely without assistance.

Delevega may be traveling in a green 2017 Subaru Forester with a TN TAG: Woman Veteran 4779 specialty.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Clarksville police at 931-648-0656 or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
