With the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 scheduled to be held on December 14, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the admit cards soon. Candidates who have applied for the December session exam will be able to download their hall tickets by visiting the official CTET website at ctet.nic.in.

CTET is a national level eligibility examination administered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to determine the eligibility of candidates for appointment as teachers in central government schools such as KVS, the NVS and others.

The December 2024 CTET exam will be conducted in two shifts, Paper 1 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Paper 2 from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Paper I will be for candidates who wish to teach classes I to V, while paper II will be for candidates who wish to teach classes VI to VIII. Candidates can appear for both Paper I and Paper II. Candidates are advised to use only NCTE approved syllabi and textbooks for their preparation. This exam will be held in 136 cities.

How to download the CTET 2024 admit card?

Step 1: Go to the official website of CBSE CTET — ctet.nic.in.

Step 2: Once on the home page, click on the CTET December 2024 link.

Step 3: Then click on the card admission link.

Step 4: Enter the required information such as your application number and password.

Step 5: The hall ticket will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Download and take a hard copy for future reference.

CTET 2024 candidates must bring their admit card to the exam hall along with a valid government-issued ID such as an Aadhar or PAN card. Candidates should double-check the information in their admit card such as candidate name, test center name and paper timetables. If you make a mistake, report it immediately to the authorities and have it rectified before the exams.
