These ice cubes in a holiday punch bowl help melt away your worries

Ingredients

  • 3

    large sprigs of fresh rosemary, cut into 1 1/2″ pieces

  • 1

    small orange, cut into 1″ wedges

  • 1

    (0.6 oz) jarred star anise pods (optional)

  • 3/4 tsp.

    fresh cranberries (about 3 oz)

  • 2 rooms.

    pomegranate juice

Instructions

  1. Between 2 silicone ice cube trays (15 molds), divide the ingredients into each mold in the following order: rosemary sprigs, orange segments, star anise (if using), and cranberries until the molds are about three-quarters full.

  2. Pour the pomegranate juice into a measuring cup with a spout (this makes pouring easier and cleaner). Pour the juice into each mold until full. Not all ingredients can be submerged in the juice, and that’s okay! Freeze until solid, at least 8 hours and up to 1 month.

  3. Put ice cubes in glasses to enjoy with your favorite drinks!
