On Sunday evening, billionaire Elon Musk made two pathetic little gestures Dean shouts for a crowd of MAGA voters to Madison Square Garden. On Monday morning, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner filed a complaint to stop Musk’s $1 million donation to registered voters in America’s key states.

The Philadelphia Inquirer broke the story. DA Krasner filed suit in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court. Through Musk’s America PAC, he distributes $1 million a day to registered voters in swing states who sign a petition in support of free speech and the Second Amendment. According to the Inquirer, the PAC has distributed more than $9 million so far. Half of that went to Pennsylvania voters.

Musk’s petition and $1 million donation don’t depend on recipients voting for Trump, but it’s very clear which candidate the billionaire supports. And the lawyers and Ministry of Justice both warned Musk that his project could be illegal. The Philadelphia lawsuit represents the first formal legal challenge to the lottery. It may not be the last.

“The America PAC and Musk must be stopped immediately before the upcoming presidential election on November 5,” the lawsuit states, according to the Inquirer. “That’s because the America PAC and Musk engineered their illegal lottery scheme to influence voters in this election.”

Musk wants to be the Mr. Beast of Politics but, somehow, he has even less personal charisma than the smiling YouTuber. On Sunday, the Trump campaign held an “America First” rally at Madison Square Garden, which featured overt racism and thinly veiled allusions to how Team MAGA would run for office if they lost.

Musk was on hand to introduce Melania. When he took the stage to introduce the first lady, he drew attention to his black MAGA hat written in a Black letter style font. “I’m not just MAGA,” he said. “I’m MAGA dark and goth.”

Musk smiled as the crowd cheered. He loved the adulation and let out a few barbaric shouts for those in attendance. Seemingly unable to fully inhale his diaphragm, the tech mogul who plans to colonize Mars let out a pathetic cry to the audience while summoning a Fortnite emote.

As the billionaire cried Sunday evening, dark clouds gathered around him. On Friday, the Wall Street Journal reported that he had held private conversations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. dating from 2022. Musk, who holds numerous government contracts, clearly poses a threat to national security. The Krasner trial is just another crack in Musk’s leaking empire.

Of course, none of this would matter if Trump won.
