Pokémon TCG Pocket is The Pokémon Company’s latest foray into the mobile gaming scene, creating a new digital TCG format for collection-focused players on iOS and Android. The game has been heavily advertised with great animations of mining packs and obtaining app-exclusive cards, so fans of the physical TCG will want to give it a go.

Despite the cute illustrations and bright animations that count down the last days before launch, it’s not really clear what time. Pokémon TCG Pocket will actually be playable. Below we show approximately what time the game is expected to go live at different times around the world.

What time does Pokémon TCG Pocket launch in your time zone?

This time conflicts with the App storeThe release date is October 31, but keep in mind that the official website lists October 30 as the launch date.

Can you preload Pokémon TCG Pocket?

As of this writing (October 29 at 12 p.m. EDT), you cannot preload the game before launch. The exception is, of course, the New Zealanders, who were able to play the game a little earlier than the rest of the world in some early testing.

You can pre-order the game and set it to automatically download to your devices when it becomes available, if you’re super excited.
