GTA 6 is completely banned: this is the country where you won’t be able to play the Rockstar game

Since the end of last year, many people have been impatiently awaiting the arrival of the next 2025. The reason: the arrival on the market of GTA 6. Rockstar’s new video game is the industry’s biggest release of Grand Theft Auto this decade. In total, 11 years separate us from its predecessor, GTA 5, a game which sold more than 200 million copies over its entire cycle. After years of rumors, anticipation and leaks, the new installment promises to take the crime and street adventure experience to an unprecedented level.

It is precisely this realism, and the fact that violence is one of the main attractions of video games, which has repeatedly led to rejection. It allows players to commit crimes, participate in shootouts, and experience high-risk situations. All this sparks debates on the impact of this content, particularly among young audiences. Rockstar uses violence in GTA as a humor tool, showing an exaggerated version of reality, but it is not understood from all angles.

GTA 6 will not be playable in this country

There is a region in Asia that has banned GTA and Counter-Strike. Tajikistan’s Interior Ministry banned both games on the grounds that they incite crime. This measure aims to protect young people and adolescents. According to authorities, these games encourage “murder, theft and violence”. Additionally, it should be noted that police will raid gaming centers to verify that the ban is being properly enforced and to punish those who continue to illegally offer these video games.
