Xiaomi announced that his Redmi Note 14 The smartphone series will launch in India on December 9, marking an earlier release compared to the lineup’s typical January schedule.
The range is expected to include three models: Redmi Note 14 5G, Note 14 Pro 5G and Note 14 Pro+ 5G. These devices were first introduced in China in September.
The company showcased the line’s artificial intelligence capabilities and camera innovations, with the tagline “Super Camera.” Great AI. The announcement showcased the series’ new circular camera module design.

According to previous reports, all models could feature 6.67-inch OLED displays with 120Hz refresh rates. The Pro+ variant is expected to run on a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset, while the Pro model may use a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor.
Camera specifications for the Pro+ model are said to include a triple rear setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel portrait telephoto lens. The Pro version would share similar specifications but with a 2-megapixel macro camera instead of the telephoto lens.
Battery capacities are expected to vary between models, with the Pro+ featuring a 6,200mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging, while the Pro model may include a 5,500mAh battery with a capacity of 44W load.
The landing page on mi.com confirms that the Note 14 and Note 14 Pro series will launch simultaneously. Xiaomi is yet to reveal whether the Indian variants will retain identical specifications to their Chinese counterparts, although the design is expected to remain consistent.
