A grieving Texas mother broke down in tears on Fox News with a heartbreaking call for justice for her late son who was allegedly shot by a illegal immigrant of Honduras in April.

“How dare you,” Victoria Garcia said Tuesday morning on “Fox & Friends First.”

“You are here illegally, but you have a gun. I understand, on the street you can buy anything and everything, but you came to steal and destroy, and that’s what you did. Because you destroyed my family. You took away my son.

Ricardo Vega, father of two, was allegedly murdered by Osman Solorzano Sánchez, a 32-year-old suspected illegal immigrant, during a road rage incident in North Houston earlier this year.

Surveillance footage reportedly captured Vega following Sanchez’s truck shortly before he was shot. Vega’s 911 call indicated he was chasing the suspect’s truck after a hit-and-run.

Sanchez was also accused of tampering with the crime scene by trying to make his truck unrecognizable to police.

Garcia expressed anger after shocking information obtained by Fox News revealed that one in ten inmates in Texas’ Harris County Jail were wanted by ICEincluding several for offenses such as homicide and sexual assault.

The Texan said that as a Mexican American, she understood the plight of those who flee their homes for a better life in the United States, but added that those who cross the country must be screened for reasons security.

“I witnessed at the border where you see these migrants walking in groups – old people, young people, children in strollers. I understand, you are fleeing a country full of poverty, full of violence, full of gangs, (with a) poor health care system You know what? We have these problems here in Texas, so what gives you the right to come and charge us more?

“Not everyone who comes here is a bad person. But we need to know who you are and what are your intentions. How are you doing? And because you’ve made this long journey, and you’re there at the border and whatever questions they ask you and boom, you get this pass.”

Garcia said she never wants to be angry or bitter. Instead, she only wants justice for Ricardo.

As she spoke about her late son, her words were punctuated by sobs.

“It’s her smile now that keeps her mother going,” she said. “And I will fight. He is not here to fight this fight, but I will be Ricardo’s voice until the end. I will do what it takes to bring justice to my son.”
