Chris Brown’s accuser claims the singer raped her on a yacht outside Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Miami mansion

Woman who previously accused Chris Brown of drugging and raping her in a $20 million lawsuit is resurfacing his allegations for a new Investigation Discovery documentary.

The accuser – identified only as Jane Doe – claims in “Chris Brown: A History of Violence” that the R&B singer assaulted her at a yacht party outside Sean “Diddy” Combs’ mansion in Miami in December 2020.

The woman does not appear to accuse Combs – who was recently accused of sex trafficking, racketeering And faces several civil lawsuits – of participating in alleged sexual misconduct at that time.

However, in a preview of the documentary, seen by Page Six, Doe recalls seeing the “Bad Boy for Life” rapper on the yacht at one point, but she describes him as “really nice.”

His lawyer, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who recently represented a Combs accuser but has since dropped her as a client due to a “breakdown in the attorney-client relationship,” we claim: “Diddy was on the yacht.”

“The yacht was moored behind his house on Star Island. We now believe that he may have owned the yacht or rented it,” says the lawyer. “We could not confirm this, which is why we did not specify the type of ownership.”

When Doe first filed her complaint in January 2022, an insider told Page Six at the time that even though the big boat was docked outside Combs’ property, the now-disgraced tycoon didn’t did not own the yacht.

Another source close to Combs told us Saturday, “These allegations have nothing to do with Diddy and do not allege any wrongdoing against him. »

His representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Meanwhile, Doe maintains in the documentary that she has been honest about her allegations against Brown, 35, saying she wanted to come forward again to “shed light on what really happened.”

She remembers meeting the “Under the Influence” singer on the boat and handing him alcohol.

“I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just handed me another glass,” Doe says in the document. “As I stood there, I started to feel a little tired and my body felt a little heavy.”

The accuser alleges that Brown then took her to a room on the boat, where he allegedly sprawled on the bed and got “on top” of her.

“I couldn’t move and I said ‘No’ and then I felt him… the next thing I knew he was inside me,” she claims amid the tears. “I didn’t want to and he kisses me to stop me from talking…I was so disgusted.”

Doe alleges in the document that she continued to speak to the “Loyal” singer after the incident to get “more clarity” on the matter, but then realized the depth of what allegedly happened to her through therapy.

When the complaint was first filed, Brown denied any wrongdoing and leaked text messages that Doe sent him to try to clear his name.

Mitchell-Kidd and George Vrabeck, who also represented the accuser at the time, later dropped her as a client, telling Page Six in March 2022 that the Miami Beach Police Department had provided them with new information that “prevented” them from representing it.

However, Mitchell-Kidd decided to take Doe back as a client, tell people Friday: “I love my client and I believe what happened to her is 100% true.

“I feel like I let her down as a lawyer because I failed to make her comfortable enough with me in such a short period of time where she felt 100% comfortable with me. feel free to be open with me.”
