In the movie, Temple of Juno Dr. Payne is introduced as someone with a penchant for symbiotes, which can even take a dangerous turn. In the last scene of Venom 3, she encounters a symbiote called Agony in the facility and decides to protect it from trouble. However, a twist follows, as Dr. Payne ends up bonding with the symbiote. Eventually, they both manage to escape safely as Rex Strickland destroys the facility.

What powers and abilities does Dr. Payne’s Agony have in Venom 3?

The symbiote named Agony has unique powers in the Marvel Universe.

Agony was created as an Agent of Life by the Life Foundation and is described as a villainous offspring of Venom. Although her powers are similar to those of other symbiotes, she ends up getting a boost from the U.S. government.

During Agony’s affair with Dr. Payne, both are shown to have powers based on lightning and electricity. This is depicted with Agony’s vial streaming with electricity and the glowing scars on Dr. Payne’s body. Additionally, she can move at lightning speed, allowing the two men and Sadie to escape the facility before its destruction.
