When Republican candidate and former President Donald Trump gave a nearly three-hour in-depth interview with popular podcaster Joe Rogan on his show The Joe Rogan Experience, he attracted some 10 million viewers on YouTube less than 24 hours after it was posted online. That number more than doubled less than a day later to more than 20 million.

Normally, his shows reach a few million views on YouTube, according to the New York PostThe Trump interview issue is therefore one of the most viral episodes ever for Rogan.

The interview drew more viewers than the dramatic World Series opener between the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Yankees, Major League Baseball’s two most iconic teams representing the nation’s two largest cities. This game attracted 15.2 million viewers.

The most popular episode of Joe Rogan Experience was in 2018. It featured Elon Musk smoking a jointand has been viewed 69 million times since its first release.
