A Portland home sold for $1.3 million topped the list of most expensive residential real estate sales in Washington County over the past week.

A total of 115 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county over the past week, with an average price of $578,085. The average price per square foot was $304.

The prices listed below are for real estate sales where title was recorded during the week of October 21 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
