Special Forces: the toughest test in the worldFOX’s ultimate celebrity social experiment, will return for its third season on Wednesday, January 8 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). Each week during the five-week event, there will be a two-hour episode featuring well-known names taking on some of the toughest and most grueling challenges in the Special Forces selection process playbook.

This time, the recruits will train in Wales, home of the British Special Forces Selection, and face the harsh reality of oceanic warfare. Recruits must learn the art of familiarizing themselves with discomfort as they face training challenges across the country’s vast land and sea territory.

Challenges include a high-pressure hostage rescue, a dangerous ladder crossing between sheer cliffs almost 100 feet above the sea, a boat dunk exercise where they will be submerged in the freezing ocean and tasked with completing essential survival tasks, a surf immersion where they must control their panic in an exercise that takes them to the brink of drowning, and much more.

In this experience, there is no voting or elimination – just survival. Celebrities, so used to being in the spotlight, will quickly learn what “no guts, no glory” means – and no glamour.

Selection into the special forces is an ordeal like no other. Sixteen celebrities of all genders and backgrounds will take on and attempt to survive demanding training exercises led by Directing Staff (DS) agents Rudy Reyes, Mark “Billy” Billingham, Jason “Foxy” Fox and Jovon ” Q » Quarles. , an elite team composed of former members of the special forces.

In this unique series, the only way for these recruits to leave is to give up of their own accord, through failure or potential injury, or by force of the DS.
