Essential qualification and experience

Passed 12th grade in a recognized school with at least 60% marks or above.

• At least 3 years of experience working with government/non-governmental organization in documentation, training and capacity building, project formulation/implementation, monitoring and supervision, preferably in the area of development of women and children/social protection. Relevant experience must be taken into account after the essential qualification, i.e. after obtaining the diploma. Computer skills and excellent writing skills. Fluent in English and Hindi.

Protection Officer (Institutional Care)

• Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/Public Human Rights Administration/Psychology/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/Community Resource Management from a recognized university with 50% marks and more.
