Convicted murderer Lyle Menendez was arrested for possessing a cell phone behind bars after having an affair with a British student, according to a report.

Correctional officers at the Richard J. Donovan High Security Correctional Facility in San Diego caught Menendez with the phone on March 15, the Daily Mail reported.
