The Call of Duty Season 1 update is now live in Black Ops 6, bringing a new battle pass, more weapons, and new multiplayer maps. Zombies won’t receive a new map until Season 1 Reloaded, but the new update adds the ability to purchase Gobblegums.

Black Ops 6 returns the Gobblegum system from Black Ops 3’s Zombies mode, and it includes special gumballs that provide a range of temporary or one-time use abilities to help combat hordes of zombies. Some Gobblegums can help players improve the rarity of their weapons, grant them free perks, revive teammates, or even teleport them away from danger.

The Black Ops 6 Season 1 update brings many new cosmetic packs to the in-game store, including Gobblegum packs for Zombies players. Right now, the store offers a small assortment of packs ranging from 200 CoD Points ($2) for a pack of three gummies to a large pack of 12 premium Gobblegums for 1,100 CoD Points ($10).

However, it’s worth noting that Gobblegums are an optional loadout item, and Black Ops 6 makes it easier than in previous years to get free Gobblegums. Players earn gummies randomly while playing Zombies, and there are even double XP events that can sometimes increase the Gobblegum earning rate.

Gobblegums are featured in the Season 1 battle pass, and they will likely also be available as rewards in future events.
