Tim Matheson slept with Kirstie Alley, two other women in one day

Tim Matheson, star of “Animal House” shares some steamy stories in her new memoir, “Very happy to meet you” – including separate romps with Kirstie Alley and two other women on the same day.

The 76-year-old actor writes that the day before his 33rd birthday, he was in Los Angeles while his then-girlfriend was working in New York.

The day began when a friend, dressed in a “sherry lace top and crotchless velvet knickers,” knocked on her door, wanting to give Matheson “an early present.”

Matheson insists in the book that he “really loved that other girl over two thousand miles away…” but writes that that “doesn’t mean I wasn’t a pig and an idiot.”

Later that day, “The West Wing” alum received another knock on his door from a “beautiful waitress I knew who worked a few blocks down the street.”

She also wanted to wish Matheson a sexy happy birthday – and he happily accepted the offer.

A few hours later, the “Virgin River» The star was relaxing after his busy efforts when actress Kirstie Alley called him.

“Kirstie hadn’t yet hit it and was still two years away from ‘Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan’ and five years away from ‘Cheers’ and a superstar career,” he writes of the actress, died in 2022 at age 71. “She was also a few years removed from Scientology and, thus, still in her fun-partying-in-Wichita-gal-now-in-LA phase.”

Alley asked to come over and, Matheson writes that, shortly after, “Kirstie Alley is naked and we are enjoying some post-coital conversation in my bed.”

However, while they were chatting, the actor heard something downstairs. It was his girlfriend, who had come to surprise him for his birthday.

Somehow, Matheson was able to drag his girlfriend away, giving Alley enough time to “magically” walk away.

Matheson also writes that he dated English model Twiggy, who was eager to settle down, and that he saw a “gorgeous woman named Georganne”, who lived with his sister.

“Damn Glad to Meet You,” by Tim Matheson, is out now.

“We walked in where my big sister was lying in bed reading,” he wrote. “His sister was Cher. The Cher… Georganne hadn’t bothered to tell me the identity of her sister… It was surprising to say the least.”

Matheson – who went on to play memorable roles in “Fletch” and Hart of Dixie” – also writes about his successes and failures in Hollywood, revealing that he turned down “MacGyver” and the father character in “7th Heaven.”
