Diddy Grand Jury Witness Details Images of Celebrity Victims of Rapper, Report Says

A witness who claims to have images of celebrities mistreated by the rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs will appear before a grand jury, a new report reveals.

Ariel Mitchell, a lawyer representing the witness, said her client had been summoned to testify in court. grand jury THURSDAY, CNN reports. Mitchell, who represented two other women who brought abuse allegations against Combs, told the outlet that the witness had evidence related to accusations of sexual abuse and other crimes committed by the rapper. Another source revealed to the outlet that the witness claims to have footage of the abuse. The witness is not an alleged victim.

Some of the people who have faced the alleged abuse include other celebrities, CNN reports. Mitchell revealed the identity of the witness, but CNN has not revealed his name.

Combs, a rapper and music mogul credited with helping launch the careers of some of the biggest stars in recent years, was arrested in September on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Federal prosecutors say Combs and his associates threatened, He abused and coerced women and others around him “to gratify his sexual desires.”

This allegedly included forcing victims to engage in recorded sexual activity that he described as “Freak Offs.”

Prosecutors told CNN that since his arrest, the government’s investigation into the rapper has been ongoing. A source even revealed to the outlet that people with new charges and witnesses have been meeting with federal prosecutors since September.

“The grand jury is still meeting,” a source familiar with the matter told CNN. “This is an ongoing investigation.”

“The grand jury never stopped,” another source told the outlet.

Combs could face more than 100 new charges just two weeks after being arrested by federal agents in new York.

The last wave of legal deposits was announced on October 1The Los Angeles Times reported, with more than 100 people alleging that Combs sexually abused and exploited them.

The music mogul was also recently hit with $100 million default judgment on September 9 following an alleged sexual assault at a party in 1997 against Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith.

Then on Monday, Combs was hit by two new trials accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting two boys. The lawsuits say they were minors at the time, with one as young as 10 years old.

A lawyer for the hip-hop artist called Combs “an innocent man with nothing to hide.”

“We are disappointed in the decision to pursue what we consider to be an unfair prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said previously. The Independent.
