Chris Brown is facing resurfaced allegations that he drugged and raped a woman at a boat party.

The rapper, 35, was accused in a lawsuit demanding $20 million in compensation from a woman identified only as Jane Doe. He drugged and raped her on a yacht in December 2020 outside the Miami mansion of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54. who is currently imprisoned before his trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

His claims have now resurfaced in a new documentary from Investigation Discovery called “Chris Brown: A History of Violence.”

Page Six reported that a preview of the documentary showed that she did not appear to accuse Combs of committing any alleged sexual misconduct at that time.

Jane Doe’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who recently represented one of Combs’ accusers, told Page Six that Diddy was “on the yacht” at the time of Chris’ alleged assault.

She first filed her complaint in January 2022, and an insider told Page Six at the time, even though the yacht she was allegedly assaulted on was docked outside Combs’ property, the tycoon now disgraced did not own the boat.

A separate source told Page Six: “These allegations have nothing to do with Diddy and do not allege any wrongdoing against him. »

Jane Doe said in the Chris Brown documentary, set to premiere on Investigation Discovery on Sunday (10/27/24), that she had been honest about her allegations against Chris – adding that she wanted to come forward again to “shedding light on what really happened.” .

She said Chris gave her alcohol on the yacht, adding: “I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just handed me another drink .

The accuser alleged that Chris took her to a room on the boat, where he sprawled on the bed and got “on top” of her.

She said he allegedly had sex with her against her will: “I couldn’t move and I said ‘No’… I didn’t want to and he kissed me to stop me from talk…I was so disgusted.”

Chris denied any wrongdoing when Jane Doe’s complaint was first filed and disclosed text messages Doe sent him in an attempt to clear his name.
