EmmerdaleIt is Jimmy King (Nick Miles) finally begins to see Tommy (James Chase) for the manipulative bully that he is after making a hell of a confession.

Tom, as viewers know, is under investigation over his treatment of his wife. Beautiful Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) throughout their marriage after a report to the police.

Jimmy refused to believe that Tom was capable of abuse, as did Nicholas (Nicholas Wheeler) at first but soon discovered a sinister truth about how he behaved towards his son Carl (Charlie Joyce) and therefore acted.

Nicholas left Victoria Cottage with the kids, vowing to stay away until Jimmy agrees to kick Tom out. Jimmy, however, refused to do any such thing, believing all of Tom’s lies, much to Nicola’s dismay.

With Angelica (Rebecca Bakes) having been released from secure children’s homeNicola was very worried about her beloved daughter, who had come I think she’s mean.

In a bid to unite her family, Nicola contacted Jimmy again, begging him to reconsider his stance towards Tom. But Jimmy refused, leaving him and Nico more divided than ever – at a time when they should be putting up a united front for their troubled daughter.

Tom, for his part, was getting used to settling in at Victoria Cottage and to try to regain control of the situationhe confronted boss Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) and told him he was returning to work the next day.

Paddy was confused and reiterated that it wasn’t a good idea. Tom, however, became threatening, promising to reveal the veterinary office’s secrets and dirty laundry if he didn’t get what he wanted.

Paddy relented, allowing Tom to return. Armed with a sinister smile, Tom wasted no time in informing Jimmy of his victory, taking great pleasure in telling his uncle that he “didn’t give (Paddy) a choice” in the matter.

A momentary look of doubt enveloped Jimmy’s face as he clearly began to wonder what exactly Tom meant by such a thing. With everyone in the village calling Tom a controlling and manipulative villain, is Jimmy finally beginning to realize that such a description of his nephew is correct?

That certainly seems to be the case, and soon enough he found himself on the wrong end of Tom’s manipulation.

Jimmy asked if Tom would be moving soon as he missed his wife and children, but Tom showed few signs of such a thing and subsequently, guilt caused Jimmy to back away, reminding him that he is his nephew.

Will this particular incident be enough to make Jimmy realize that all Tom does is abuse and control? Will he be able to see that Nicola is right to believe that Tom is not a good person?
