OTTERBEIN — A statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a missing Otterbein man.

Donald Whistler

The Otterbein Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Donald Whistler, a 43-year-old white man. Whistler is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen on Sunday, October 20 at 8 a.m., wearing a dark blue shirt and khaki green pants that could be converted into shorts.

It appears he is in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
