Kuwait Club aims to maintain perfect record against Yarmouk

Al Arabi seeks another victory.

KUWAIT CITY, November 24: Kuwait Club is set to face Yarmouk in the fourth round of the Volleyball Federation Championship today at 5:00 p.m. Following this, a high-stakes encounter between Al-Arabi and Burgan will take place at 7:00 p.m. Both matches are scheduled at the Federation Hall of the Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Complex for indoor venues.

The tournament brings together nine participating clubs, with the top four qualifying for the semi-finals. The format is for the first-placed team to play the fourth-placed team, while the second-placed team faces the third-placed team, with the winners advancing to the final match.

Kuwait Club leads the table with 9 points from three consecutive victories and is the clear favorite against Yarmouk, currently eighth without any points.

The second match promises more intensity, since Burgan, ranked third with 9 points in three matches without defeat, holds a slight advantage over Al-Arabi. Al-Arabi, fifth with 2 points, played two matches, narrowly winning against Al-Shabab 3-2 but losing to Kazma 1-3. This evenly matched contest should be an exciting encounter.
