A former elementary school staff member already accused by Wisconsin authorities of sexually assaulting a child faces new criminal charges after investigators identified additional alleged victims.

Anna-Marie Crocker, 33, was charged in connection with a criminal complaint filed Nov. 1 in Kenosha County Circuit Court on charges of exposure of genitals, exposure of a child to harmful material, child enticement and exposure of a child to harmful depictions, according to the district attorney’s office of Kenosha County.

The charges come less than a month after Crocker, who worked at Riverview Elementary School in Silver Lake, Wis., was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child – sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 13 years old, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation. of a child – filming, according to the initial plan criminal complaint filed Oct. 14 in Kenosha County Circuit Court and shared by prosecutors.

It’s unclear whether Crocker has pleaded guilty and PEOPLE could not immediately identify an attorney who could speak on his behalf. Prison records show she is being held on $500,000 bail.

The alleged victims linked to Crocker’s initial case were current and former students at the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department Elementary School. said in a statement last month. Authorities added that the alleged misconduct did not occur during school hours or on school grounds.

According to the criminal complaint, a sheriff’s deputy was called to a home in Twin Lakes, Wis., on Oct. 8, where the caller claimed her 13-year-old son was “forced to have sex with his friend’s mother. »

The 13-year-old alleged the sexual assault happened in the winter when he was at Crocker’s house for a sleepover with friends, according to the complaint. The boy claimed he was sleeping on the basement couch when Crocker, who was naked, woke him up and took off his pants before sexually assaulting him, the complaint states.

The boy, who was 12 at the time, said the sex was not consensual, according to the complaint. He also allegedly told investigators that he repeatedly asked Crocker to come down and tried to push her away, but she would not listen, the complaint states.

The boy said Crocker texted him months after the alleged incident in an attempt to apologize for what happened in the basement and described it as “trying to make him feel guilty ”, according to the complaint.

Authorities further alleged in the complaint that Crocker “exchanged sexual chats and photos” via Snapchat with another child. The alleged victim reported it to a school resource officer on October 9.

The child also claimed Crocker sexually assaulted him in a parking lot in August, according to the complaint. Crocker allegedly admitted to receiving a sex video from the boy and saving it, authorities said in the complaint.

The new allegations in the amended complaint accuse Crocker of having sexually inappropriate conversations with two other boys via Snapchat. On Oct. 10, Twin Lakes police spoke with a boy who told a school staff member that Crocker had sent him “bizarre” messages, including videos of herself masturbating with a sex toy and sexual photos.

The alleged victim said the two talked for about two weeks and that he eventually blocked Crocker after she said she “liked” that he was 13, according to the complaint. The complaint says the boy said he was “scared” because of what allegedly happened to his friend, who claimed Crocker raped him.

Authorities searched Crocker’s cell phone and found several videos and photos that resembled those described by the boy, the complaint states. During that search, investigators said they also found a conversation between Crocker and another boy she added on Snapchat on Oct. 9 after “seeing him on her high school ride home,” according to the complaint .

Crocker allegedly asked the boy if he wanted to have sex with her and the two planned to meet at her home on Oct. 11, according to the complaint. The boy claimed that he and Crocker exchanged messages in which “gender was inferred” but that he “never took it through to the end,” the complaint states.

Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department said previously Crocker was a staff member at Riverview Elementary School. According to WITI local stationTHE school district website said Crocker began working as a substitute in 2020 and became a full-time teacher’s aide the following year.

WITI and WISN report that Crocker was fired by the school board following a special meeting on October 14. As of Nov. 7, a Crocker staff page cannot be found on the school district’s website.
