Google could launch the Pixel 9a in March 2025, but a full spec sheet for the smartphone has already appeared online. Multiple sources told Android Headlines that the new phone will have a large 6.3-inch display, which is the same display as the flagship Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro.

Google is expected to equip the Pixel 9a with its latest Tensor G4 chipset, pairing it with 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. The leak also once again confirmed the 5,000mAh battery, which will support up to 18W wired and 7.5W wireless charging.

The new phone is expected to have the 48 MP Sony IMX787 sensor in its main camera which is also found in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Next to it, there will be a 13 MP ultra-wide snapper and a 13 MP selfie camera inside a punch-hole on the front.

The dimensions of the Google Pixel 9a are 154.7 x 73.3 x 8.9 mm with a body that weighs 186 grams. The larger battery and screen won’t affect the price; again, it will start from $499, just like its predecessor.
