Christine Brown reflects on finding herself after ‘feeling a little lost’

Christine Brun reflects on journey of self-discovery nearly three years after split from ex Kody Brown.

THE Sister Wives star, 52, shared inspiration Instagram post on October 30 on the importance of accepting uncertainty, noting: “Sometimes feeling a little lost is just the beginning of a new search for yourself. »

“Those in-between moments, the uncertainties, are signs that you’re on the path back to who you’re meant to be,” she added. “Continue.”

She then reassured her followers that “it’s okay to feel lost: accepting those feelings is part of the process.”

The post also included an inspirational quote from Mel Robbins, who said: “You will always be a little lost just before you find yourself. »

Last month, Christine opened up about the struggles she was confronted during her plural marriage to family patriarch Brown – which ended in November 2021 – in a video montage shared with Instagram. The clip included shots of Christine’s trials and tribulations during her first marriage before transitioning to happy photos of her marriage to her husband. David Woolley.

“Sometimes I wish it was as simple as clicking our heels three times,” she shared at the time. “If only leaving life’s hardest times behind were that easy. But here’s what I know: even in the hardest situations, there is always hope.”

Christine told her followers that they “have the power to create their own happy ending” even though things may seem “impossible” right now.

“It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. Keep believing, keep moving forward, because better days await you on the other side. #TheresHope #BrighterDaysAhead,” she concluded .

After go public with their relationship in February 2023Christine and David were married in Utah in October of that year.

Christine told PEOPLE in September 2023 that her current husband “has more integrity than anyone I know.” He built his business while he was a single father, so it’s everything to him.

She added of David: “His word is his bond, and it means everything to him… If he says he’s going to do it, he’ll do it.” »

“He’s a phenomenal person, at heart. He is just exceptional. Yeah, I just feel like I won a goldmine, major,” she shared. “I won the lottery with him.”
